Guild Background
This is our Last Attempt before WotLK. Some of us have been through a fair amount of crap to get here, and we're ready to progress and have fun with people who are just as skilled and motivated as we are.
Code of Conduct
Don't be a douchebag. Don't be a tool. Stay off of trade and be humble in your awesomeness. Pick and choose your fights if there are any, and carry yourself in a manner appropriate of the standing we wish to hold in Antonidas.
Raid Mods
We require all raiders have access to all the mods mentioned below

Raids
Officers will schedule raids on Group Calendar. It is everyone's responsibility to be prepared for raids both with consumables and knowledge about the encounter (reading up, watching videos etc). Things to keep in mind are:
- Showing up on time so we can start the first trash pull on time (or early!)
- Being ready to buckle down and be efficient during raids. It's easy to lose multiple bosses just by being slow between pulls.
- If you have suggestions, talk to an officer, but know that they also have to plan and coordinate the raid and may miss your question.
- Vent is required. Keep it clear unless you're supposed to be talking during bosses.
- You may receive critiques or criticism during a raid. Don't take it personally, just try and fix whatever the issue was. You'll become a better player and the guild prospers as a result.
- Don't tell people how to play their class unless you are very familiar with that class as well. That being said, criticism should be coming from officers only. If you feel someone is doing something poorly or incorrectly, bring it up with one of them first.
- Don't bitch about loot. If you're only in it for the gear, or even mostly in it for the gear, then this isn't the right guild for you. We're so over loot squabbling, and have a really low tolerance for it now.
8. Please don't whine about buffs over vent. I didn't get this buff, I didn't get that buff. Try taking it to a whisper to them, or asking
officer to help get the buff you need.
Loot System
All loot will be handled as such:
For all progression nights, a DKP system will be used. T4 content loot will be decided by a loot council of the officers online and will be distributed in a way that best benefits the guild as a whole.
Loot priority will go as follows: Officers/Raiders > Members > Trials > Friends of LA.
Ranks
The current ranks within our guild include: Officer, Raider, Member, Trial, Friend of Last Attempt and Probation.
Raiders will have 80%-100% attendance and have priority for raids.
Members are people who have been around a while, have proven their worth but for whatever reason cannot maintain 80% attendance.
The Trial rank is for those aspiring to become Raiders in the guild.
Friends of Last Attempt will be exactly that, people who have ties to Raiders or Members but who do not want to make the time commitment or aren't level 70. Friends of LA will be invited to raids if spots are available, but will not earn DKP. They can receive loot if the other ranks do not need it. If a FoLA wants to start raiding more, they will be put at the Trial rank and can start earning DKP as long as attendance stays up.
Recruitment
Currently, we have the classes we need for guild progression listed on the site. The officers are in charge of reviewing applications. If you would like to refer some one, please have them post an application on the website.
Guild Bank Usage
The guild bank is to be used in preperation for raids. All repairs made from the guild bank should be the result of participating in a 25 man raid. You will recieve guild bank repair access once you achieve member/raider status. Anyone within the guild will be able to deposit. However, you will be barred from withdrawals until your status has been raised to member/raider. Items within the officer section of the guild bank are given out based on approval from an officer. Please message one with your requests.
Applicants
Please put this word somewhere in your application, in all capitals. (PARACHUTE) Just throw it in randomly somewhere, it;ll allow us to know you've actually read this charter.
